Analogue signal converter ACT20M
The innovative, new dimension for converting and
isolating analogue signals housed in a 6 mm width
The new ACT20M product line unites innovative technology with maximum functionality in an electronics housing that is only 6 mm wide. Up to two channels per module help to save space in the electrical cabinet. High galvanic isolation of 2.5 kV and an accuracy of up to 0.05 % strengthen the reliability and safety of the process.
The product line includes passive isolators (1 or 2 channel), universal temperature converter, DC converter and signal splitter. Eight connections facilitate additional functionality such as signal splitting with sensor supply.
The configuration is carried out via the DIP switch or the FDT/DTM software. The ACT20M modules are supplied via direct wiring or a DIN rail bus.

Quick and easy to configure with DIP switches or vendor-neutral FDT/DTM software (e.g., WI-Manager).
- High level of galvanic isolation
The galvanic isolation of 2.5 kV (300 V rated voltage) ensures high process reliability.
- Simple and quick installation
The power supply is quickly installed by simply snapping it onto the DIN rail. Any of the ACT20M modules can be used to supply the DIN rail bus.
- Many possible applications
Precise measurements, a wide temperature range, and international approvals (cULus, ATEX Zone 2, FM Div. 2, GL, DNV): these features enable worldwide use in many different applications.
