Subsequent participation in Weidmüller's Workplace Solutions Days (WPS Days) and an in-depth workshop enabled B&F employees to experience first-hand what can be achieved through workplace redesign, the use of machines and digital data. Together, tailor-made ideas were developed for B&F. Many of these are already ready for implementation. However, as this is an ongoing process, Henry Nannen-Wolle and his team continue to scrutinise and modify processes.
