For us, circular economy is much more than just a trend – it is a central component of our sustainability strategy. In a world where raw materials are becoming scarcer, waste volumes are increasing and the effects of climate change are becoming more noticeable, we are consciously focusing on the circular economy. Our target: new ways of thinking about value creation.
To this end, we design our processes in such a way that products and materials remain in circulation for as long as possible – whether through the recycling of production residues (post-industrial) or through the return and processing of used products off the market (post-consumer). From single-variety isolation in production to targeted product design in line with eco-design principles: our products are already thinking about tomorrow today – responsible, resource-efficient and future-proof.
Post-industrial – closing production cycles
We focus on recycling right from the production process: production waste such as metal scraps is sorted by type and returned to our suppliers for reprocessing. Through optimised processes and targeted behaviour management in production, we create closed material cycles – efficiently, with high levels of sustainability and directly in the factory.
Post-consumer – keeping products in circulation
We continue to think ahead even after use: our products should not end up as waste, but should return as a valuable resource. We promote repairability and recyclability and develop take-back solutions to return materials from used products back into the cycle – incorporated into eco-design right from the start.
Our Klippon® Connect end brackets are now also available in 100% recycled plastic material. End brackets are an essential component in all types of cabinets. Whether in combination with terminal blocks or other components – Klippon® Connect end brackets guarantee a secure fit of the components on the DIN rail.
With the new end brackets made from recycled plastic, we are making an important contribution to the circular economy and greater sustainability. Of course, the functionality is in no way inferior to normal end brackets.
