edgeML - Machine learning tool for automation

Deploy ML models independently of hardware and operating systems

edgeML makes it possible to integrate ML models into automation in a particularly easy and flexible way – regardless of the hardware. And this is completely independent of the hardware. The tool uses machine learning to continuously and efficiently monitor systems or processes directly at the machine. Users import and manage ML models via the web interface using drag & drop. REST APIs and PROCON-Connect form interfaces to the system. The Docker-based solution is hardware-independent and enables simple, flexible integration of ONNX-based ML models into automation.

PROCON-Connect enables industrial users to realise their IIoT use cases. The machine data is collected, pre-processed and can be communicated to the cloud, for example. The tool uses industrial protocols and communication drivers, which can be configured intuitively in the browser. Regression analysis - Energy management according to ISO 50006

Extension for our ResMa® energy management software

Regression analysis is used in production and energy management to evaluate dependencies in production and consumption data. Knowledge of these factors allows well-founded investment decisions to be made in order to reduce consumption costs or increase quality. In accordance with ISO 50006, production and consumption data can be analysed and compared over time. The regression models take up to 20 variables into account and can be conveniently visualised and analysed in the browser.

With ResMa® recipe management, users monitor and manage industrial production at the level of an MES system. The software easily compiles production parameters in the form of recipes so that they can be easily managed and analysed.
