Which terminal type do you need?
Are you looking for custom-fit terminal blocks for a specific application?
The efficiency of your manufacturing processes depends mainly on the amount of wiring required. Weidmüller components with PUSH IN technology reduce your connection times by up to 50 %.
With PUSH IN, the conductor is simply inserted into the terminal point up to the stop and a secure and gas-tight connection is established - without any tools. Learn more about PUSH IN connections and how you can increase your efficiency and the quality of your work.
IN the Weidmüller Configurator (WMC) you can digitally plan, assemble, and directly order complete terminal rails – including accessories. You can also create complete parts lists and installation instructions for production. In this way, failures can be avoided and costs can be saved.
The continuous cross-connection channels of our modular terminal blocks AITB increase flexibility and save wiring time. Structures in the 400 V three-phase system can be cross-connected easily and conveniently with the phase conductors L1, L2, and L3.
The neutral conductor can be separated from the busbar quickly and easily with a screwdriver. A clearly visible status display indicates the current contact position of the disconnecting slide. This reliably prevents operating errors.
Our modular terminal blocks AITB are regularly inspected by independent test centres to ensure maximum product safety within the switchgear. This is immediately shown by the corresponding test marks on the products and product labels.
All function- and safety-relevant components are captively connected to the terminal block. This increases the reliability of the current and voltage transformer circuits during installation and maintenance work.
The unique lever mechanism offers maximum contact reliability and can be optimally operated under all lighting conditions. The disconnect lever can be operated either manually or with a standard screwdriver.
The complete provision of data in the Weidmüller Configurator (WMC) enables a particularly simple selection of safety-critical accessories as well as safe and rational product configuration.
The combination of isolating lever, short circuit bridge and lever link guarantees that the secondary wiring is short-circuited before the longitudinal disconnection takes place. This "Make Before Break" contact is designed for up to four terminals.
The two potentials are marked in different colours and assigned to the connection areas. This reduces the risk of misconnections and guarantees maximum safety.
Easily accessible test facilities in front of and behind the connection point allow the system to be tested quickly and safely. A 2.0 standard test adapter can also be mounted on the screw heads in wired condition.
The multifunctional disconnection area allows either a fuse holder or a component plug to be accommodated. Depending on the application, it can be used as a fuse terminal or as a terminal block with electronic components.
Integrated blocking diodes protect components against reverse currents or resistances. Voltage peaks or overvoltages can thus be effectively counteracted.
Electronic components can be integrated into the different versions of the basic modular terminal block in accordance with the specific application. Numerous, easily accessible contact points allow the components to be soldered in.
The design of the A2T 2.5 EM has the same contours as the standard double-level terminals of the A-series. Accessories such as the end plate can be adopted and potentials can be multiplied via the cross-connection channel.
The multifunctional disconnection areas allow the insertion of fuse holders (SIHA) or component plugs (BEST). This allows test-disconnect terminals to be converted to fuse terminals or to terminal blocks with electronic components.

Easily accessible test facilities in front of and behind the clamping point allow the system to be tested quickly and safely. A 2.0 standard test adapter can also be mounted on the screw heads in wired condition.

The design of the terminal block makes it possible to switch two potentials with only one terminal. This results in a space-savings of 50 % compared to conventional superstructures.
The additional connection for the cross section from 50 mm² up to 185 mm² enables a separate voltage tap. One possible use is as an emergency power supply upstream of the main switch. The lever mechanism enable tool less wiring of flexible conductors.
Large-area marker tags direct attention to an external voltage applied. Fixation of the flash markers in the connection areas of 35 mm² to 185 mm² also prevents circuitry in the live state. This ensures greater safety for man and machine.
A standard 2.0 mm diameter test tap allows easy and fast testing. Standardized accessories guarantee use in the cross-section ranges from 1.5 mm² to 185 mm² and ensure a streamline portfolio of accessories.
The cross connections could be installed tool less by latching the wire inside the connection point. The electrical contact will be given with or without a cable inside the connection point. Thanks to their special design, they could be easily identified with or without any conductor connection.
Additional connections on the feed disc reduce components and save assembly time. Depending on the system structure, further space savings of 3.5 or 5.1 mm are possible.
The fuse can be replaced quickly and easily by simply releasing and opening the fuse holder on the system.
The AAP system is completed by the addition of terminal blocks for connecting protective earthing conductors. Protective earthing conductors can be wired centrally and provide clarity in the entire network.
Thanks to the modular system, another terminal block can be attached and expanded using an additional cross-connection in the second cross-connection channel.
