The new trainees and dual study students get to know each other in the Weidmüller Academy.

Weidmüller welcomes 46 new trainees and 13 dual study students

The faces of 59 trainees beam with excitement: They are looking forward to the start of their training at Weidmüller. The trainees got to know each other during their first working day at the Weidmüller Academy. Together with the Peter Gläsel School, this forms part of the educational village and is located in the immediate vicinity of the production facilities in Klingenbergstraße. The modern workshops, an application centre and newly designed training and innovation rooms on an area of around 1,800 square metres offer a wide range of opportunities for qualified and future-oriented training and further education.

On the first day of training, the trainers welcome the new trainees and dual study students.

"Training young people is very important to us as a medium-sized company. It is an important element of our corporate philosophy. For this reason, we are pleased to welcome many new, motivated young trainees from the region to our company again this year," emphasises Andreas Grieger, Head of Global Human Resources at Weidmüller.

From industrial mechanics and technical product designers to warehouse logistics specialists, this year too, the trainees will be integrated into many different specialist areas. "The entire training period is individually tailored and designed based on the strengths of the individual trainees," explains Training Manager Romina Kehl. The highly qualified professional support enables the trainees to participate in career-related projects in a company characterised by pioneering spirit.
